My 3:30 AM Routine to Avoid Seasonal Affective Disorder and Cabin Fever

Hey Chlo-hive! Welcome back to my avlog (that means article vlog if you’re new!). If you’re like me, you’ve probably been really getting into self care over quarantine. I’m talking about a new skin care routine (Thanks Hyram!), diet (yum!), and hairstyle (I can’t be the only person to shave a nohawk!). I’ve decided to share my complete morning routine with my fans so you can all take some notes.

I think it’s key to wake up to the sounds of mukbang ASMR at 3:30 am. It really resets my sensory receptors to receive only warming auras and chakras and I personally can’t get enough of the lip smacking. Some of my favorite meditations as of late are pickles, broccoli cheddar soup, and deviled eggs.

I’ve been reading so much about skincare recently and I’m OBSESSED with my face masks. No, not those pesky muzzles they’ve been making you wear! I only put natural things on my body, so I combine tomato juice, lemon, a splash of Clorox and I apply it twice daily for 35 minutes. If you don’t feel it altering your brain chemistry, it’s not working. I also use mayonnaise as a pore-clearing moisturizer and my skin has never felt so plump!

Every morning I drink a green juice to wake up my digestive system. If I can’t find any in the bottom of my trash can, I’ll usually sip on some anti-freeze or crack open a glow stick. I can literally feel myself radiating from within! If you’re still a little hungry for an extra kick that’s low in calories, sugar, fat, and salt, try a rice cake.
